Unfortunately given the type of products offered, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on purchases due to health regulations. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please shoot us an email at info@realtancontact.co.uk with images of how it was received, and we will do our best to chase the mailman down and hurt him, jokes jokes!
