Please note that delays can occur and therefore is not guaranteed. 

All UK orders are 2-3 days or are next day however please understand that delays can occur and are outwith our control. 

As our service is tracked and we can see when the parcel was delivered. 

Any parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour we are unable to accept responsibility if the parcel is stolen and therefore will not send a replacment. 

In the event your parcel does go missing or gets lost in transit please contact us. We will then raise a claim with Royal Mail which can take 10 working days until a decsion is reached however we will ensure you are kept up to date.

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the below-mentioned delivery estimates. If your order is subject to customs clearance please be aware that you may be liable to pay a fee to cover this charge which is out of our control. This is a local procedure, which varies from country to country, and unfortunately out of our control.
